I recently took my FX 35 in for minor service and was literally treated like Royalty with Temo Hernandez! Temo made the entire service scenario so smooth, he paid attention to every detail possible....including the battery in my key fob. Temo dedicated 110% to me and any items I needed clarification with. Temo will always be my Go To Guy with my vehicle. I anticipate a third INFINITI in my future and this dealership under the command of Ken Kaiden along with Temo Hernandez will be without a doubt my first choice.

I leased the car there before they had this new building , Gaston sold to me a beautiful G 37 white, Peter the manager helped with the details and off I left with a wonderful car.

So far with 15000 thousand miles and i just came in for service with Matthew Thayer. Appointment made I was there on time and they did everything in 1 hour while I waited in the great lounge they have. Service price is in line with other dealers (Yes you can get it done cheaper) and I'm very happy with it, I wash my car every week for free, included in the deal.

After reading some negative reviews I can't understand why the complains. They are a dealer , they make money selling cars. You get what you negotiate. My experience was 100%. They have been honest and service has been very good.

I had other offers and I showed it to them (I do not get offended if they ask me to show them again) They beat the prices I had and I was happy with that.

All what we agree they did it without any issue. Peter Marreiros did a great job ironing my deal and I'm a happy owner of a G37.

I own 2 INFINITI's, one purchased at OC INFINITI last year, and the other in 2010 at another before I knew this dealership existed. Had I known they existed in 2010 my choice would have been very easy. That said, I currently have both of my vehicles serviced at this location, my experience with the service department has been stellar up to this point and I have no complaints at all 5 Star! Temo Hernandez and Cris Carr have been my service advisors and they are perfect examples of what customer services is. I get white glove treatment from both of them all the time, very professional, very communicative and accommodating, and I have had nothing less than great experiences with the entire dealership since I began my relationship with them. I am very grateful.

The convenience of the location, the comfort of the lounge area and amenities while you wait, shuttle service, free car washes, and loaners, and friendly atmosphere all around are all value adds and this dealerships is dialed in as far as I am concerned to provide their customers the best experience possible while maintaining a reasonable cost to do so to maintain profitability. Things have changed over the years on how people purchase a vehicle regardless of use for work, pleasure or both, and to some there is no emotion because it is strictly a need for transportation that drives them with no emotional ties or concern vs. those who go as far as giving their cars names and wiping them down with a diaper. No doubt an emotional purchase for many, especially for 1st time buyers of their 1st car. So much has changed in technology and comfort that it makes the venture of buying a new vehicle(s) that much harder and sometimes overwhelming to the less experienced buyer and makes it less inviting. This is considered one of the largest important purchases one will makes in their lifetime, and for many it's more than once. Not sure if one really ever gets used to the process of buying a new car, but I have owned vehicles of many manufactures and models and I like having a new vehicle every 4-5 years for many reasons if the budget allows it. We have become a spoiled society and in some cases lazy, no thanks to the internet. But again buying a vehicle is considered one of the big purchases we all make regardless of either 1st time or 100th time. It always involves efforts that most feel are dreadful and drawn out on time, and unless you are very knowledgeable about it, the dream of ownership could turn quickly into a nightmare that leaves a less desirable feel to ever do it again. It is prudent that you always do your homework and choose wisely. Understand the differences, benefits, pro/cons especially when it comes to your finances of owning any model from any manufacturer, new vs. pre-owned, lease vs. purchase, terms and most of all YOUR CREDIT SCORE and how it impacts your buying and negotiation power to get into any vehicles for the price you can afford. Most dealerships bread and butter bottom line is driven by pre-owned sales and service/warranty repair. Not everyone can walk into a dealership and simply write a check and drive off and are not as liquid to do so. Auto companies spend billions to present value and try very hard to take as much pain out of buying a vehicles for those who don't have as much liquid cash to drop any kind vehicle, especially if doing it over the internet and many expect these levels of conveniences to make ownership more pleasing compared to back in the day when there was nothing but brick and mortar and a couple of mechanics and lifts. To some, there is no value or necessity to have all of these conveniences made available to them, especially if they are somehow buried in the cost of services rendered for your vehicle making the pricing higher. I have found that is not always the case as I have experienced in my 30+ years of vehicle ownership from many dealerships for at least 15 different model vehicles I have owned. The concierge white glove treatment can sometimes be overkill or not necessary to some, but to many others it makes ownership more pleasing. There are dealerships I have dealt with and purchased vehicles from who unfortunately embedded extra fees or inflated costs to cover those conveniences for their services, and that is unfortunate. But like everything else, it is a choice we have to who we do business with. Going cheap is not always better, but it does not mean that being frugal and educated should be ignored either.

It is a partnership you forge with the folks who take care of your machine(s) and unless you're a certified mechanic who can do his/her own work on these complex pieces of machinery, then do your homework and make a choice and enjoy your ride! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, especially if your Christmas gift is going to be a new car.

Temo has been my service rep and has gone to bat for me with issues that most would ignore. In my opinion OC INFINITI is fair, convenient and trustworthy. Just to keep things honest; I have gone to second tier mechanics and I ended up back at OC INFINITI. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else.

I am writing to let you know what a wonderful experience I have had with Gaston Alegre as my sales associate.

I purchased an INFINITI G37 on Saturday, February 2. Gaston was friendly and professional throughout the entire process. He offered to give me an "in-service" on the car that same day. I had an engagement that evening and did not have time. Ultimately, Gaston came to my office in Newport Beach and spent an hour going over things with me. That was above and beyond as far as I am concerned.

When I came home today, I found the Consumer Reports 2014 Buying Guide in my mailbox with Gaston's card in it. A friend of mine had lent it to me and it was their review on the INFINITI that led me to investigate the car. Hello Mr. Marreiros,

I hope this letter finds you doing well.

I’m writing to share my experience with your dealership. I have been in sales, marketing and promotions for the last 25 years. I have always prided myself in delivering service and value beyond my client’s expectation. I have many long relationships which are a testament to that fact.

This story began a few months ago when I was at your store for a complementary weekly car wash. It was pretty quotidian as I waited for my car I walked around the showroom. I was aware of the new Q50 so I was admiring the car when I was approached by a gentleman by the name of Gaston Alegre. He offered to assist me and when I told him why I was there he wasn’t put off by the fact that I wasn’t really looking for a car at that time because my lease didn’t expire for a number of months.

He asked if I’d like to take a test drive while I waited and I accepted. I loved the car but it was too small for me. A few weeks later we met again. What Gaston didn’t know was I had looked at an Audi Q5 and had decided that was going my next vehicle because I wanted to try something new even though I loved my M37. In fact I had leased 4 INFINITI Vehicles over the last 10 or 12 years. That day he told me about a vehicle that I had never really noticed, the FX37.

I drove the car and enjoyed it! About a week later he contacted me to see if he could get me out of my lease early and if I would be interested in the vehicle. Subsequently I contacted Audi to see if they could do the same thing, and they could. I had a decision to make… was I going to leave the INFINITI brand and go to Audi? Over the next day or so Gaston’s tireless efforts to keep me with Infiniti Brand paid off and I leased a new FX37. In my previous experiences that would be the end of the story but I can tell you he has never stopped working well after the sale. Every time I come in for a car wash he tries to be of some assistance to me.

Consumers today have many options when it comes to luxury vehicles. Every company is competing for each and every customer so it’s imperative that each brand focuses on more than the vehicle. They need to consider the customer and your dealership thru Gaston has done that with me. INFINITI Corporation and the owner of this dealership should know that Gaston helped to keep me as a customer because my heart was set on the Audi Q5. At the end of the day it wasn’t a better car and that needed to be demonstrated to me which Gaston did. While your dealership is on the right track I have many ideas that would help improve the customer experience and help to build more business for your company. If your ever want to utilize my services please let me know.

This is my first time coming to the dealership and working with your Service Department today. I must say I’m very impress with the cleanliness of the waiting area plus there’s water, soda, coffee, snacks, etc. and even a golf putting green area. I also really appreciate Felix Marquez taking the time to answer all my questions (12 of them) about my JX35. He was very genuine in helping me and he did it a smile.

BTW, the biscotti and water bottle in the car was a very nice touch; a pleasant surprise! I will definitely be coming back for my next service.

I have been going to Tustin INFINITI for nine years because it was between my home and work. I recently bought a new car at your dealership and took you up on the free first service. I made the appointment about two hours before I came in. As promised the car was done in less than an hour. It was actually serviced and cleaned in 40 minutes.

The food in the waiting area was really nice. And the water and snack in the car was great.

It turns out at lunch time it only takes 15 minutes to drive to your dealership from my Irvine office.

Great Sales Experience at New OC INFINITI Store

Eric, just a brief note to congratulate you and your colleagues in the Western Region for doing such a good job in establishing the new OC INFINITI store in Westminster. When I picked up a new INFINITI at OCI last week, GM Ken Kaiden, GSM Randy Del Prado and Svc Mgr Ruben Serna did a terrific job of welcoming me back into the Nissan product family. They and their team members were price-competitive, courteous and extremely professional. I'm confident that the mgt team at OC INFINITI will do quite well both for their store and the INFINITI nameplate. My wife and I were quite pleased with our INFINITI ownership experience in the '90s when we drove a J30 and a G20 in Chicago. Nearly 50 years ago, I even learned to drive on one of the first Datsun Bluebird sedans sold in CT. I seem to recall that my Dad picked it up brand new for $999 at some sort of car lot in Danbury.

Katayama-san and Mayfield Marshall got quite a kick out of that story when I ran into them at JAMA events in the early '70s. At that time, I worked for C. R. "Dick" Brown as part of the original mgt team that established Mazda Motors of America in that lovely LA suburb of Compton. When C.R. moved on in '74, I soon did likewise, to work in the IT industry, on the Reagan staff, on Wall St. and, now, in venture capital, but I look back fondly on my early career in the "car business." NEVER a dull moment!

As we both know, the INFINITI nameplate has seen its ups and downs during the past couple of decades. I believe that Nissan is firmly committed to reinvigorating the brand in the US and has a great opportunity to succeed with the right mix of competitive new products combined with strong dealer support and a core focus on world-class customer service. I just wanted to send you a note telling you what a great dealership you have. I have had a number of INFINITI's and would not buy another car. Today was the first day I ever had to bring one in for service. Nothing mechanically wrong, just a defective dashboard and some recall service INFINITI asked for. The courtesy and service that your Service Representative, Jeremy gave me was impeccable. I also had the opportunity to see how he worked with other customers and he treated everyone with the greatest respect and efficiency The world should have more people like Jeremy. I love Orange Coast INFINITI. Here are few reasons why.

Now, my experience with the dealership is solely limited to their service and parts departments. Since I have not purchased a car from said dealership, I wouldn't have any idea how good of a deal you may land on there.

To start, I'd STRONGLY advise you to go visit Jeremy if you're in there for any type of serivces. He will go above and beyond to take care of you and your beloved INFINITI. I have visited this dealership so many times since they opened back only few months ago. Everytime I'm there, Jeremy will personally take care of EVERYTHING for me. For people who's saying their maintenance fee seems high, you need to understand the fact that you're driving a high performance luxury vehicle. NOT your average Honda Accord or Toyota Camry. On top of that, you will get a loaner vehicle to drive around and take care of errands if you're in there for more than several hours (oil change isn't going to take several hours... lol).

Secondly, everyone at their parts department is extremely friendly! Not to mention, they WILL hook you up on any OEM parts and wide variety of aftermarket parts. I've recently decide to freshen up my 07 INFINITI G35 sedan a little bit by ordering the new 2010 G37 front end which consist of brand new front fascia. Rick who helped me ordering everything was VERY knowledgeable with all parts involved for the conversion, and of course, he gave me the best prices around ANYWHERE! I've done some homework myself by going on several out of state INFINITI dealership parts department that also runs online stores, but NONE of them was able to beat Rick's prices! Also, he went above and beyond by personally taking care of this huge order by keeping me on the loop during the entire transition.

As some of you can see, this is my first Yelp review. I usually don't bother writing reviews for anything, but I almost felt bad not writing anyting for these guys.

Oh, and what a GREAT LOCATION!!! We finally have an Infniti dealership in the centural OC!!

Thanks for making my first service trip to OC INFINITI such a pleasant experience along with such professional people.

This is the first time I've ever written a testimonial for services I've received but I really wanted to let everyone know what a great first time experience I had at Orange Coast INFINITI. I had previously taken my 2003 G35 and my newer 2010 G37 coupe to other dealerships for service until now. I originally tried the service because it was much closer than the other INFINITI dealerships however it was such a great experience that I will be coming back for my next service. Damaris met me in the service department this week and was very pleasant and hospitable. She immediately took my information and informed me of the special service deal and got me setup very quickly. I was offered and given a shuttle ride home within a couple of minutes by a nice gentleman ( I think his name was John). I was called when my car was ready and came to pick it up. I was helped immediately and my car was brought out to me and it was nice and clean and that gentleman was also very nice and polite. Thanks for making my first service trip to OC INFINITI such a pleasant experience along with such professional people. Also thanks to the service person that performed the work. I will be back!

Hat's off to Great Service

I recently purchased a new car and I have to tell you about my Sales Person, Alex Motevosian. Have you ever bought a new car and you get home and you can't figure out how to use all the gadgets the car comes with?. I was still learning how to use my last car when I traded it in. I was exhausted and excited when we came to an agreement on the price of my car but at that point I sure didn't want to spend another hour learning how to use it so Alex came to my house a few days later for an hour lesson and even programmed my garage door for me. It's been months since I bought my car but he still keeps in touch to see if I need anything.
